What’s your jewelry made of?
My jewellery consists mainly of 18 carat gold plated brass, 14k gold filled wire or sterling silver. In addition, various (semi-)precious stones, cultured pearls or mother-of-pearl are used.
What is gold-filled?
Gold-filled is a process where an outer layer of real gold is bonded to a metal core of brass or copper. As it is an alloy, gold-filled jewellery is particularly durable.
Returns and exchange
What do I have to do if I want to exchange an item? Here are the most important points:
- you must inform Sista Jewelry by e-mail to info@sistajewelry.ch before returning the goods
- the goods must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt
- the amount of the returned goods will be refunded in the form of a digital voucher
- returns and exchange are regulated in the terms and conditions under paragraph 9. Return against receipt of a digital voucher
Discount codes
I forgot to enter my discount code at checkout. Can you credit me the difference?
- No. Discount codes can no longer be taken into account after conclusion of the contract. However, your discount code remains valid.

How do I care for my jewelery?
So that you can enjoy your piece of jewellery for as long as possible, please observe the following care instructions:
- Avoid contact with moisture
- Remove the jewelry before bathing, showering or swimming
- Store jewelry in a jewel case protected from light and moisture
- Avoid contact with moisturizers, perfumes, hair and body care products
- The easiest way to clean jewellery is to use the enclosed jewellery cleaning cloth
